Pottery Workshop by Genesys School of Pottery

A big shoutout to our HR team for organizing an incredible pottery workshop! It was an experience that not only challenged our creative minds but also brought so much fun and joy to the workplace.
As we shaped clay into everything from regular Deepawali diyas, vases, pen stands, and matkas to more imaginative creations like snakes, Ganeshas, Octopuses, Elephant, pistols and tables and what not…
Due to this activity, we gained a newfound appreciation for skill-based professions. What seemed simple at first glance turned out to be a tricky and skillful craft, making us truly empathize with the hard work, artisans put into their creations.
The workshop, held right here at our company, brought everyone together in a vibrant and relaxed setting. The friendly and patient instructors guided us through every step, ensuring we all left with something we could proudly call our own.
Thank you, HR, for this thoughtfully planned event that not only nurtured our creativity but also reminded us of the beauty of hands-on craftsmanship. Here’s to more such engaging and inspiring activities!

A Heartfelt Lesson in Road Safety from the Inspiring Senior Citizens representing “NGO“
We were deeply moved and inspired by the enthusiasm of the senior citizens who conducted the recent workshop on Road Safety & Traffic Awareness. With wisdom and heartfelt conviction, they reminded us that ensuring safety on the roads isn’t rocket science—it’s about common sense and staying vigilant.
Hearing the astonishing statistics of road accidents was a sobering moment. It was a wake-up call about how careless and distracted we can be in our daily lives. Without realizing it, we often value our mobile phones over our very existence. The message was clear: Distraction management is the new essential skill we all need to master in today’s fast-paced world.
As life accelerates, and we rush to save time, let’s not forget that the purpose of saving time is to live and enjoy it. But for that, both our body and mind must remain safe and sound. By obeying traffic signs, rules, and practices, we not only protect ourselves but also safeguard the lives of others.
A heartfelt thank you to the senior citizens who poured their energy into teaching us these valuable lessons. Let’s carry their message forward: Be alert, be disciplined, and be safe—for yourself and everyone else on the road – “jio aur jine do”

Breaking the Glass Ceiling: Flt. Lt. Shiwalee Deshpande’s Inspiring Journey on Women’s Day 2024
March 8, 2024, Women’s Day, started with its usual celebrations, but it was Flt. Lt. Shiwalee Deshpande’s talk that truly resonated with us. A brave officer in the Indian Force, Shiwalee shared her own experiences of overcoming societal objections and personal challenges, especially when she made the bold decision to join the army instead of following the more traditional path of marriage.
Her journey, as she recounted, was filled with both external and internal battles. From facing family and societal pressure to conform to gender norms, to dealing with the self-doubt that sometimes arises in the face of criticism, Shiwalee’s story is one of courage and resilience. Her story vividly illustrated how, as a girl/woman, she could navigate a world that often questioned her choices and her place in a male-dominated profession.
However, what truly stood out was how Shiwalee used her intellect, emotional strength, and commitment to her goal in the most challenging – life threatening situations—whether on the battlefield or in her personal life.Brutal honest stories coming directly from us that it wasn’t just physical strength that mattered; it has to be a combination of skill, determination, and the refusal to back down from the goal set. It makes all the difference, not just the gender, the age, the training, the degree or things like that.
Shiwalee’s message was clear: despite the odds, women have the power to break through barriers, challenge expectations, and open doors to new worlds. Her story is a powerful reminder that true strength comes not only from overcoming external obstacles but also from refusing to be limited by self-doubt.
On this Women’s Day 2024, we celebrate women like Flt. Lt. Shiwalee Deshpande, who show us that with courage, dedication, and resilience, we can all rewrite the rules and redefine what’s possible.

With over 30+ years of experience, Mr. Kulkarni discussed acupressure’s core principles, an ancient healing practice cantered around pressure on specific body points for well-being and health enhancement. The lecture covered history, benefits, and live demonstrations, offering attendees a tangible understanding of acupressure techniques.
Practical demonstrations illuminated the efficacy of acupressure, enabling participants to grasp its applications. The interactive session encouraged attendees to seek insights from Mr. Kulkarni, fostering a deeper understanding of the art. The event concluded with gratitude extended by Mrs. S. S. Ratnaparkhi, General Manager of Novatech Software.
